About

This is the beginning of the Blissercise Retreat Center. You can use this for your immediate benefit. Eventually, God willing, there will be a physical Blissercise Retreat center where you can go to make positive changes in your life.

You will find:

  1. Thoughts for contemplation. These can frequently be used as processes that you can use to enhance your state of bliss.
  2. Guided Meditations that help you
    1. quickly achieve a profound state of relaxation and peace
    2. quiet your mind
    3. get closer to Oneness
  3. Reviews of feel good movies to give you an additional means to help yourself feel good.

Please take advantage of these resources to dramatically enhance the way you experience life.

We can all live in a state of bliss.

Update January 8, 2007: As miracles would have it, the author is now housesitting a 4,500 square foot home on three acres in North County San Diego. This is tremendous empowerment for inner work, writing, and conducting group sessions. Thank You God!
