Worldwide Group Meditations

Let’s do something for positive change in today’s world.

You are invited to participate in worldwide group meditations. You can do this through your computer or through your telephone.

The thirty minute gatherings will consist of two short meditations. One meditation will help you relax and raise your level of consciousness. The other meditation will help raise the level of consciousness of mankind – the collective consciousness.

There will be time for questions and feedback.

We will start with about ten worldwide group meditations per week. We will adjust the schedule according to your wishes.

Space Meditation for Inner Peace – God’s Love

Space meditation helps you get closer to enlightenment by practicing enlightenment like qualities. For example, you experience God’s love, recognition of perfection, appreciation, quiet amazement, beauty, and others.

You’ve probably read descriptions of enlightenment experiences. You can pave the way by going directly for the experiences. Although this might be a bit like treating effects rather than the cause, it’s a major step in the right direction. It points the way by helping you feel Divine qualities. It relaxes you and helps you feel really good.

As defined here, space meditation involves keeping your eyes open, softening your focus, and being aware of the space around you. Then you imagine the space, and everything in it, as being filled with some Divine Quality.

This helps you dip your toe into a feeling of enlightenment. With repeated practice this experience can become stronger and longer lasting.

This also helps you calm your thinking. It helps you extract yourself from problems. It helps you disidentify with the body.

We tend to get into self-doubt if we’re expected to simply enter some specific state. We might think we can’t do it yet. That’s why these meditations invite you to use your imagination. For example, imagine that the space is filled with God’s love. You don’t have to question yourself about whether or not it’s actually happening. After all, you’re just using your imagination. Right?

The process we use here is totally different from the space meditation where you’re supposed to focus on the space, or gap, between thoughts. That is humanly impossible and could invite someone to invalidate themselves or their abilities.

The recorded meditations help you repeatedly return your focus to the process. With practice you can be in this state all the time.

When you’re new to these exercises, please do not do them while driving.

If the first space meditations are well received, there will be more recordings dealing with specific aspects of life.

Work – A Masterpiece of Joy, Love, and Art

Work can be a masterpiece of joy. This applies to just about any work. We can be cleaning up after horses. Or we can be running a major corporation. We could be earning below minimum wage. Or we could be making a seven figure income.

In just about any case our work can be a masterpiece of joy.

How do we do this? It depends on how we look at it. When we look at things differently, we experience them differently. And quite often the things we’re looking at change.

For example, if we’re doing house cleaning for a living, we can dedicate our work to God and / or our families. We can recognize that we’re bringing order and cleanliness to a part of the world.

We can choose to make the housework a masterpiece of art. Perhaps we can do something special to make the house slightly more beautiful.

We can work while we’re observing our selves with love and observing the environment with love. There are many such processes in this blog.

We can work while improving our ability to see the hidden beauty in everyone and everything.

Intention is key. If we’re working with the intention of getting away from the work, we’re likely to suffer. If we work with the intention of contributing to some worthy cause, our work can be joyous.

If we work to serve our clients, employers, or consumers then the work can be a happy experience.

We can do this even if we’re unemployed or retired. There always some area requiring work. It might be helping ourself. It might be helping friends. It might be some form of volunteer work. It might be working at finding a job. It might be creating a business. It might be doing a blog 🙂

Working with joy improves our overall well being.
